Be(a)ware training makes all the difference.

Event organizers

Be(a)ware people
like you & me

You are warmly invited and asked to participate in this State-wide campaign.

The only investment is your time for training and its implementation. The campaign is financed by the Ministry for Society, Health and Integration and applies to the entire State of Baden-Württemberg.

The employees are the point of contact for guests. And this is where the campaign comes in: Individual training, team training, personal training. To raise employee awareness, for better safety concepts, for more nighttime awareness.

How does it work? It’s quite simple, actually…

The more who participate, the more effective it will be.
It will be easier for guests to experience worry-free partying.
And the staff will be able to enjoy their job even more.

Training

We train to give establishments / organizers more confidence to support fair & safe partying. Nightlife employees are prepared for critical situations, thus gaining confidence in their actions and knowing that their colleagues and management will support them.

We bring the content to you. In digital form, per video call or in person.

30-minute training

Digital training video for all employees to watch individually, which can be called up at any time and repeatedly via the personal code. For the entrance, checkroom, bar, cleaning staff, bouncers and management.

70-minute training

Alternative to individual training is team training: Here, the focus is on exchange and personal experience in the establishment. Afterwards, we talk to the team, e.g. via video call, or answer questions on the phone.

90- minute training

In-person training, virtual or on-site: Together, we interactively go through the building blocks of the training, do exercises, discuss the conditions of each location and together think about what is feasible for you to party and be(a)ware too
